Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways including Paystack, Paydestal, and bank transfers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors.

5.3 Payment Confirmation

• Automated Payments (Paystack/Paydestal): Your account will be activated immediately upon successful payment verification.
• Manual Bank Transfers: Your account will be activated within 24-48 hours after payment verification. You must provide proof of payment and use your registered email as the payment reference.

5.4 Subscription Duration

Your subscription begins on the date of payment confirmation and ends on the specified expiration date. You will receive access to VIP tips only during your active subscription period.

5.5 Non-Refundable

IMPORTANT: All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, dissatisfaction with tips, or any betting losses incurred while using our Service.

5.6 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions but will apply to renewals and new subscriptions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nigeria, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
